As God reveals now that the he goat of (Dan.8:21) is the Spirit of democracy He allowed from the west to counter the wicked forces from the east. The notable horn between the eyes is a powerful government, the USA, raised from the West to Champion democracy on earth.
Grecia stands for Europe, and it’s from Europe that people migrated to USA where democracy is solidly entrenched, as manifested greatly in Mr. Bush’s era (Dan.8:5-7)
